Industrial Project Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned Industrial Project Lead to oversee the delivery of high-value industrial projects in Melbourne's west. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless project execution from inception through commissioning.
Key Responsibilities:- End-to-end project management, including planning, coordination, and control.
- Multidisciplinary team management, including consultants and contractors.
- Scheduling, cost control, procurement, quality assurance, and risk mitigation.
- Compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.
- Stakeholder engagement and communication.
- Regular project progress reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in managing industrial or commercial construction projects in Victoria.
- Strong budget and time management capabilities, ideally on projects in the $10–25 million range.
- Proficiency in project controls, contract administration, and quality frameworks.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Sound understanding of Victorian building regulations and HSE requirements.
- Tertiary qualifications in construction management, engineering, or equivalent.
- A collaborative and commercial-minded team environment.
- A flexible contract arrangement adaptable to your needs.
