Industry Strategy Manager

**Job Summary:**

Bentley is seeking an experienced transport modeler to accelerate product adoption and unlock new customer value with our leading mobility simulation technology in the ANZ region.

This role involves working with a cross-functional team to align growth priorities across product, marketing, analytics, and engineering. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge and effective communication skills.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • - Clearly demonstrate value across the product portfolio that drives overall user engagement and new user acquisition
    - Define and lead customer growth product initiatives
    - Work with a cross-functional team to align growth priorities across product, marketing, analytics, and engineering.
    - Follow industry and market trends and contribute to new techniques, procedures, and methodological advances in mobility simulation software products.
    - Develop and nurture industry relations primarily in ANZ and more broadly in key AP regions
    - Conduct ongoing meetings and events with key customer decision-makers with the goal of uncovering and closing new opportunities.
    - Attend and/or organize relevant industry conferences and events to identify new prospective customers, and promptly follow up on leads from various sources.
    - Work with partners (consulting firms, data providers, etc.) to extend reach and drive adoption
    - Help customers integrate our products into workflows with meaningful outcomes

**Key Skills and Qualifications:**

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Required Qualifications:
  • - 10+ years' experience leading transport modeling projects and/or products
    - Master's degree or higher in transport engineering, OR or related technical field
    - Effective communication and presentation skills
