Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team.

This role involves working predominantly from home with occasional shifts at our support centre. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through email, web chat and phone interactions.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential for this role.
  • You must have experience in a customer-driven environment and be able to make educated recommendations of appropriate products or services.
  • Proven workflow and self-management capability including time management, prioritisation and multi-tasking skills in a rapidly changing environment.
  • A team-orientated mindset and approach is necessary.
  • Strong IT proficiency is a must.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through email, web chat and phone interactions.
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer experiences.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
