Job Title:

Field Operations Supervisor

Job Description:

As a Field Operations Supervisor, you will oversee daily field operations to ensure productivity, team cohesion, and safety.

You will lead surveys by translating project designs into practical workflows, ensuring data quality through first-pass QA/QC to meet company standards.

Effective communication between the field crew and Project Manager is essential to keep projects on schedule and clients informed.

Mentorship and support of crew members are also key aspects of this role, fostering teamwork, engagement, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Geophysics or Geosciences
  • Minimum 5 years' field experience
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Commitment to safety-first culture and high-quality data delivery
  • Ability to problem-solve under pressure and adapt to changing field conditions
