We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrator to join our team. As an administrative support specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
- Your primary responsibility will be to provide general administrative support to the organisation, including managing office tasks, facilitating communication, and maintaining databases.
- You will also be responsible for supporting financial administration with effective and efficient financial and purchasing activities.
- In addition, you will identify and develop processes to streamline administrative processes, assist with creating and maintaining documents, and attend department meetings.
To be successful in this role, you will need strong organisational and time management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport and develop relationships across the business.
- You will work proactively to identify and implement improvements to systems and processes, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
- A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is essential, as well as proficiency in database management.
