Senior Category Executive

We are seeking an experienced Category Manager to join our team. As a Category Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our categories through effective planning, execution, and analysis.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Tracking and reporting on category performance using data-driven insights
• Negotiating with suppliers and brands to secure the best possible trading terms
• Developing and executing category strategies that drive sales and profit growth
• Managing new product launches and ensuring smooth integration into our stores
• Analyzing sales data and market trends to inform category decisions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of category plans
The ideal candidate will have:
• A strong background in category management or a related field
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience working with data analytics tools and software
