Strategic Alliance Development Specialist
Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategic Alliance Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders to build successful partnerships and deliver quality opportunities for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- To source new employment opportunities using sales and relationship-building skills
- To empower and connect customers to sustainable employment
- To interview and match customers to suitable jobs
- To work closely with the community to make a positive impact and support people through change
- Experience in sales and business development is essential
- Able to achieve and exceed targets
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and analytically
- Proven career development and promotion opportunities
