Job Title: Room Attendants

Job Description

Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our housekeeping team as Casual Cleaners. We have opportunities available across both guest rooms and common areas, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

This role involves performing cleaning duties in guest rooms, including making beds, replenishing amenities, and maintaining a fresh atmosphere. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in resort common areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and public spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough room cleans to the highest standard.
  • Ensure all linen and towels are washed and replaced as needed.
  • Maintain high standards of presentation in common areas.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
  • Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is an advantage, but not essential – training will be provided.
  • Availability to work flexible hours.
