Project Site Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Project Site Manager to oversee site activities and ensure timely project completion.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in construction management, who can demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.
About the Role- Coordinate on-site construction activities, including labour and material delivery.
- Monitor and enforce standards of subcontractor work.
- Liaise with subcontractors to guarantee project deadlines.
- Develop and manage the project according to the specific Project Management Plan.
- Ensure adherence to safety policies and compliance with industry standards.
- Site Coordination: Oversee daily site activities, including managing subcontractors and ensuring compliance with project plans.
- Safety and Quality: Monitor and maintain high standards of safety and quality, adhering to SQE policies and industry codes of practice.
- Project Management: Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
- Previous experience in construction management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- White Card, First Aid & Fire Warden certifications.
