About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Kingswood Aluminium.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful design, procurement, and installation of the facade for some of SA's largest and best-known construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide monthly Forecasts and Reports on Project Performance
  • Deliver projects on time within budgets
  • Planning and implementation of scheduled projects
  • Liaise with drafting and other departments as required
  • Liaise with shipping agents and KFT on all projects and custom requirements
  • Maintain good working relationships with customers
  • Monitor and report on the impact of changes in scope or extent
  • Attend meetings and site meetings as required
  • Authorise payment of project materials and payment to contractors
  • Maintain and update Project Management spreadsheet and systems as required
  • Attend handover meetings to review documentation & information
  • Assess and report Projected Claims and monitor performance
  • Maintain and monitor overseas production and supply to ensure on-site requirements are met
  • Monitor project costs and forecasts re-estimated cost of completion
  • Maintain site safety at all times, working cooperatively with clients and WHS Officers as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Demonstrated experience in efficient and effective decision-making in the context of high-risk/high-profile project delivery
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • A strong track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools

Kingswood Aluminium has a long and reputable history beginning as a residential window manufacturer in the 1970s to a company today with operations in two countries - Australia & Thailand.

Their Design & Manufacturing operations produce commercial glazed facades for the Australian Market. Products include Unitised Curtain Wall, Window Wall, Bespoke Facade Systems & Custom Sunshades.
