In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing messaging solutions that meet the client's needs, including creating wireframes, visual designs, and documenting procedures for installation and operation.

You will work closely with developers to achieve the design and ensure that best practices are followed. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for success in this position.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

This role involves working as a liaison between the client Product Owner/SMEs and our development team to gather functional requirements.

You will participate in workflow analysis and business process analysis to identify and clarify requirements, current-future state identification, and contribute to the redesign.

A key responsibility will be to motivate the teams in delivering their commitment and liaise with all connecting teams to resolve dependencies and create the overall implementation roadmap.

Additionally, you will participate in Design Sprints, validate the functional design, help prioritize backlogs, and ensure best design practices are followed.
