Job Description

As a Lead Restaurant Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operations to deliver exceptional customer service and lead a high-performing team. You will manage everything from opening and closing routines to stock control, safety compliance, and customer feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • A track record of achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Experience in coaching and developing team members.
  • Availability to work rotating shifts.
