About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Culinary Team Member to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team at Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs in Kings Park. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently and effectively, maintaining high standards of food hygiene and health and safety compliance.

This is a casual opportunity that requires flexibility and willingness to work across a 7-day roster. You will work closely with our experienced chefs and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences and contribute to the success of our club.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist in the preparation and presentation of menu items to the highest standards;
  2. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to HACCP protocols and regulatory requirements;
  3. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives;
  4. Contribute to the development of new menus and recipes;
  5. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member feedback and concerns.
Requirements
  • Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery (desirable);
  • Previous experience in a commercial kitchen or restaurant environment;
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Proven track record of collaborating within a team environment;
  • Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
