East Arnhem Financial Services Manager

Miwtaj Health is seeking a motivated financial accountant to join their team. This dynamic role involves supporting the delivery of indigenous primary healthcare across East Arnhem.
### Responsibilities: ###
- Mentor and develop finance officers, resolve complex issues across transactions,
- Take ownership of month-end and year-end processes, reconciliations, and audits,
- Lead compliance and continuous improvement of financial systems,
- Contribute to strategy as part of the finance leadership team,
- Support organisational growth through strong financial management.
### Requirements: ###
- At least three years' experience in accounts payable/receivable and team leadership,
- Solid knowledge of accounting practices, financial systems, and digital applications,
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines,
- Well-developed communication and problem-solving skills in cross-cultural environments,
- Current NT Ochre Card and relevant post-secondary qualifications required.
