Job Opportunity

The role of the Teacher involves working across two campuses, with a focus on providing engaging learning and teaching programs for young people in the middle and secondary phase of secondary education.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining learning and social inclusion responses, planning and delivering effective class and individual student learning programs that meet legislative requirements, and building learning programs that reflect diversity within the classroom.

  • Developing annual Personal Plans for Learning (PPL) for each student to maximise outcomes
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of Flexible Learning Centre (FLC) objectives and planning
  • Establishing and maintaining a supportive school environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Understanding and commitment to the values of a Catholic educational system of schools
  • Experience in teaching with strong operational, organisational and communication skills
  • High-level communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills for a complex organisational structure
  • Appropriate teaching qualifications at tertiary level and minimum of 5 years' professional experience
