Clinical Lead Position

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality person-centered care to residents, addressing their unique health requirements and preferences.
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, caregivers, and support staff.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of individual care plans for each resident, considering their unique health needs.
  • Ensure proper administration and management of medications for residents, adhering to prescribed schedules and protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with residents' families or legal guardians, providing updates on their loved one's condition and involving them in care decisions when appropriate.
  • Handle emergency situations and critical incidents promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Need:

  • AHPRA Registration.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Aged Care as a Registered Nurse.
  • Knowledge of Aged Care accreditation standards.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience with ANNAC.
  • Expertise in medication administration and wound care with a commitment to ongoing clinical excellence.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • An outstanding proficiency in care planning, goal setting, and evaluation documentation.
  • Capability to effectively lead and manage a team.
