We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Dietitian to join our team at Plena Healthcare. As a key member of our dietetics team, you will provide high-quality mobile dietetics services to adults living in Residential Aged Care facilities and the local community.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver person-centred dietetics care to all clients, ensuring their nutritional needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders and Plena colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-quality dietetic care.
- Conduct menu and mealtime assessments, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and deliver educational sessions to promote healthy eating habits and nutrition awareness.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring seamless communication with the team.
- Contribute to a positive team culture, upholding the Plena values of energy, integrity, nurturing, and connection.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Dietetics.
- Current registration with the Dietitians Association of Australia.
- Ability to travel and work in a mobile role.
- Willingness to obtain NDIS worker screening and National Police Check.
- Australian working rights.
- Proof of Covid-19 and current flu vaccination.
