We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced microbiologist to lead our quality control department.
About the Role:- Develop and implement microbiological protocols to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Conduct thorough investigations into deviations and develop corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize laboratory processes and improve efficiency.
The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of good manufacturing practices (GMP), particularly in relation to deviation investigation, root cause analysis, and method validation.
Key responsibilities include preparing high-quality technical reports, meeting deadlines through individual and team-based projects, and adhering to written procedures with meticulous attention to detail.
A background in chemistry or research is highly desirable.
Requirements:- Qualifications in microbiology
- Work experience in a GMP laboratory
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- Experience in a pharmaceutical clean room environment
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
