Key Responsibilities
The Disengaged Youth Support Worker will work closely with young people, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals. The successful candidate will also contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote the wellbeing and safety of young people.
Key Responsibilities include:

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A Certificate IV qualification in a related field (or willingness to obtain within 12 months)
- Previous experience working with disengaged youth (or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to travel locally
