Infrastructure Assurance Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our organization's projects, providing technical assurance and support to ensure the successful delivery of infrastructure projects. Our team is seeking an experienced professional to join us as a Technical Assurance Lead.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in advising on technologies, practices, and processes of civil construction and maintenance works, as well as extensive experience in document management and record keeping. We are looking for someone who can analyze and interpret project documentation, and contribute to best-practice record keeping and document management.
You will be responsible for mentoring and guiding surveillance officers, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with project teams and provide specialist technical support.
The ideal candidate will have advanced interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships with stakeholders and team members. They will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
