The Wellbeing and Data Leader is a key position at Marist-Sion College, responsible for the overall wellbeing program of the College. This role requires a visionary leader who can inspire a culture of high expectations and build a team-based culture that is self-reflective and fosters positive relationships with others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an evidence-based wellbeing program that promotes the physical, emotional, and social wellbeing of students.
  • Collaborate with the Directors of Student Wellbeing and Heads of House to promote and implement wellbeing programs across each year level.
  • Use data to inform decision-making and drive school improvement.
  • Lead a team of staff to develop and implement wellbeing initiatives that support student learning and wellbeing.
Requirements
  • Registered teacher with the Victorian Institute of Teaching.
  • Proven experience in leading wellbeing programs and initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff and students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
