JLL is seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our Property & Asset Management team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, with experience in managing office and industrial property portfolios.

As Head of Finance, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing financial reporting processes, driving the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, and overseeing portfolio operations.

You will also be expected to provide guidance and mentorship to the finance team, work closely with the client to understand and meet their requirements, and drive automation using the latest technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee financial reporting processes to ensure accurate and timely delivery to the client
  • Drive the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, providing guidance and insights to stakeholders
  • Oversee portfolio operations, ensuring efficient and effective management across all properties
  • Orchestrate seamless collaboration among property management, facilities management, and leasing teams
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the finance team
  • Work closely with the client to understand and meet their requirements
  • Drive automation, leveraging the latest technology

Requirements:

  • Strong financial acumen and expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
  • Excellent understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and industry regulations
  • Proven experience as a finance leader in the commercial real estate industry, specifically managing office and industrial property portfolios
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, including MRI Investment Management, MRI PMX, Excel, and PowerBI
