This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading intellectual property firm as an administrator, working on a range of patent matters both locally and internationally.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be actively involved in the day-to-day duties of the role, including coordinating and actioning production of accurate and compliant documents, scheduling and managing required completion deadlines, establishing effective work practices, and managing electronic and hard copy file content.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinating document production and ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Scheduling and managing deadlines for project completion
- Establishing efficient work practices to manage the life cycle of client files
- Managing electronic and hard copy file content and driving bill generation
- Maintaining accurate client contact information and recording activities
- Demonstrated administration skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and show initiative
- Demonstrated adaptability, organisational skills, and strong technical skills
