Care for the Beauty of Nature as a Grounds Maintenance Professional

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Grounds Maintenance Professional to join our team. This role will focus on maintaining the grounds and facilities of our holiday park, ensuring they remain safe and enjoyable for guests and residents alike.

Responsibilities:
• Attend to outdoor matters, including noise complaints, linen supplies, washing tokens, and general maintenance tasks.
• Assist with cleaning duties across cabins, amenities, and common areas, keeping them clean and tidy at all times.
• Keep housekeeping and maintenance up-to-date, reporting any issues or concerns to management promptly.
• Perform regular walk-arounds to ensure the park remains safe and secure, locking up and checking the pool after hours as needed.
• Provide friendly support to guests and residents, managing the night phone and assisting with late check-ins when necessary.

• A confident communicator with excellent people skills, able to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests alike.
• An organized and reliable team player, able to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively.
• Proficient in using computers and handling administrative tasks with ease.
