We are seeking an experienced Corporate Restructuring Expert to join our Business Restructuring team, which delivers a full spectrum of services and projects, working with clients to identify and resolve problems, develop fit-for-purpose solutions, and provide ongoing support to increase effectiveness and value.

Our ideal candidate will have sound knowledge of the corporate market, including voluntary administrations, liquidations, and receiverships, and be able to work effectively alongside solicitors, directors, banks, and creditors. They will also possess strong emotional intelligence and influencing skills, as well as the ability to problem-solve, investigate issues, and use financial analytical skills to support our clients.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications and CA/CPA/ARITA qualifications or equivalent experience;
  • Experience with independent business reviews is highly desirable;
  • A strong ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels;
  • Relative to the level you would apply for, prior experience managing staff will be highly beneficial due to the team environment we operate in.

  • A competitive salary of $110,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience;
