We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at The trustee for NEWLANDS SHUTTERS UNIT TRUST. This key role involves working closely with our fitters to schedule jobs, responding to client calls, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting our clients and ensuring their needs are met efficiently. As a Scheduler and Client Liaison, you will be responsible for scheduling jobs, managing client communication, and maintaining accurate records.

The successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service. Experience in scheduling jobs for subcontractors and knowledge of the window furnishings industry or similar would be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling jobs for fitters and managing client communication
  • Responding to client calls and resolving issues promptly
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Working collaboratively with the manufacturing department to ensure timely delivery of services
