About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an Outside School Hours Coordinator. This is a term-time permanent position, working 36 hours per week, with immediate commencement or as negotiated with the successful applicant.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of children's services and be able to manage and administer the OSHC program effectively. They will also be responsible for providing high-quality care and supervision to children during school hours and after-school hours.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with staff, children, families, and external agencies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent and be willing to obtain suitable qualifications if required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective programs for children during OSHC hours

Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent
