Donut Connoisseur Wanted

We are a leading donut and pie retailer looking for an exceptional Casual Food Retail Assistant/Barista to join our team at Stockland Wendouree Shopping Centre. As the number one destination for donuts, pies, coffee & shakes, we have built a cult following for our classic treats and are rapidly growing our manufacturing, retail and wholesale operations.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding customer experience, setting up displays, upselling products, preparing cold beverages and ensuring food safety requirements are met. You will work closely with our amazing team of donut experts to represent our brand directly to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing Exceptional Customer Service
  • Setting Up and Maintaining Visually Appealing Displays
  • Upselling Products to Increase Sales
  • Preparing Cold Beverages, Including Milkshakes and Iced Drinks
  • Maintaining Food Safety Standards, Including Temperature Checks and Recording
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated Customer Service Skills
  • A Positive, Can-Do Attitude Towards All Tasks
  • Excellent Organisational Skills
  • Exposure to a Fast-Paced Environment
  • Prior Retail or Food Experience is Highly Regarded but Not Essential
