About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Journey Expert to join our iKnow Commercial squad in Melbourne. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for delivering critical changes to the iKnow application, focusing on Commercial Strategy with significant engagement with our Commercial colleagues.
Your main focus will be on the elaboration and articulation of requirements and supporting their delivery by working closely with various business stakeholders, initiative leads, and your squad. You will become the 'go to' person for initiative detail, business, and Banker-related information within the squad, leveraging your past experience and skills to get the desired outcomes for our high-performing team.
You will also be involved in parts of change management to ensure that implementation is smooth for our Bankers and that initiative objectives are met. As a Journey Expert, your mission is to improve the customer experience by devising new and innovative solutions and services that provide the best possible value back to our business, while satisfying requirements that are simple and easy to use for our Bankers, requiring minimal training.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements, design, and document processes, as well as provide detailed solution requirements required for technical delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including facilitating workshops and communicating effectively.
- Work closely with the squad Product Owner and Release Lead to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of a user-friendly and innovative solution that meets the needs of our Bankers.

Requirements
- Previous Journey Expert/business analysis experience, working in an Agile-structured technology delivery team or experience in a frontline project or process improvement environment.
- Strong experience in gathering business requirements, designing, and documenting processes, as well as the ability to provide detailed solution requirements required for technical delivery.
- Stellar stakeholder management and influencing skills, including facilitating workshops.
- Ability to communicate effectively and understand change management practices.
- Frontline Retail Banking experience/knowledge (added bonus).
