About You

  • You will possess prior experience in the fitness industry, boasting leadership skills and a genuine passion for delivering first-class customer service.
  • Develop long-term relationships with our members, possessing impeccable presentation, grooming, and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Strong background in sales, administration, and customer service within a fitness setting.
  • Experience working with Glofox would be highly advantageous.
  • Excellent presentation and grooming standards.
  • Ability to work independently during downtime, demonstrating initiative and productivity.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling seamless communication with diverse individuals.
  • Professional telephone manner and outstanding communication abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of Fitness Centre facilities and services.
  • Capacity to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive, enthusiastic attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for members and colleagues.
  • Sound problem-solving abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
