As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in connecting growth-stage and enterprise clients with our full suite of professional services.
You will be the connective tissue across our commercial function, bridging strategy, delivery, and outcomes. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new opportunities and build commercial strategies that deepen partnerships and drive revenue.
- Hunt and Convert: Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing client relationships.
- Pipeline Management: Own your pipeline and prioritize meetings that unlock value for our clients.
- Clients' Voice: Act as the trusted advisor for our clients, anticipating their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Commercial Momentum: Collaborate with sales specialists to refine pitches, structure offers, and close deals that stick.
- Client Retention: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
To succeed in this role, you must be a hunter with emotional intelligence, able to open doors, close deals, and manage complex stakeholder relationships. You should have a proven track record in client management, partnerships, or B2B business development, preferably in consulting, tech, or growth-stage environments.
