Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team at Allianz Popular SL. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders to formulate and document business requirements for new analysis.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting and communicating customer insights to drive business decisions.
  • Providing guidance and information to stakeholders in interpreting data for decision-making.
  • Investigating and analyzing business processes and work practices, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending optimal solutions.
  • Loading analytical solutions into operational practices, ensuring quality and integrity.
  • Using data and modeling techniques to identify root causes of issues and uncover opportunities for future system design.

About You

  • Experience in conducting complex data analysis using analytical software tools and techniques, with a strong background in SQL.
  • Proficiency in dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or MicroStrategy.
  • Able to translate data analysis into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to articulate business needs into data analysis plans.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to interpret and analyze complex information.
  • Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity, providing pragmatic solutions.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
