You'll participate in effective communication with the team and management, and always represent the brand with professionalism and integrity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing our CLASS selling steps to create an exceptional customer experience
  • Assisting in achieving strong sales performance in line with store goals
  • Supporting the Store Manager to complete product moves to support sales
  • Executing daily store standards in line with VM standards guide
  • Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of our products and features and benefits using the product guide
