Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our team and provide exceptional care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care: Deliver personalized care and support to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Lead and inspire the care team: Collaborate with colleagues to create a cooperative and excellence-driven environment focused on continuous growth and improvement.
  • Educate and advocate: Empower residents and families through education and advocacy of their rights and responsibilities.
  • Participate in quality and risk management: Actively contribute to quality and risk management initiatives to meet standards and drive ongoing improvements.
Requirements
  • Education and qualifications: Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and at least 12 months' full-time experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Clinical leadership experience: Experience in a clinical leadership role or a strong understanding of clinical governance principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: The ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
