
Caregiver in Aged Care Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our team and provide exceptional care and support to our residents.
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and making a positive impact in the lives of our residents.
The successful candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care: Deliver personalized care and support to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Lead and inspire the care team: Collaborate with colleagues to create a cooperative and excellence-driven environment focused on continuous growth and improvement.
- Educate and advocate: Empower residents and families through education and advocacy of their rights and responsibilities.
- Participate in quality and risk management: Actively contribute to quality and risk management initiatives to meet standards and drive ongoing improvements.
- Education and qualifications: Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and at least 12 months' full-time experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Clinical leadership experience: Experience in a clinical leadership role or a strong understanding of clinical governance principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: The ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
