Saturday Duty Manager
We are seeking a results-driven and people-focused leader to join our dynamic team as Saturday Duty Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in retail management, customer service, and team leadership.
- Lead a team of volunteers and staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, including visual merchandising and inventory management.
The successful candidate will be a natural communicator with excellent coaching and mentoring skills. They will be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales growth.
