About the Role:
This exciting opportunity allows you to play a vital role in promoting the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents. As a skilled and empathetic Registered Nurse, you will contribute to our dynamic team and enhance the quality of life for our residents.
About You:
- You must be currently registered with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Previous experience in aged care or similar healthcare settings is highly desirable
- You possess strong clinical skills, including the ability to manage complex care needs
- You have a genuine passion for working with older people and enhancing their quality of life
- You excel in communication and interpersonal skills
- You can work effectively in a team and independently
- You understand the importance of maintaining residents' dignity and independence

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality clinical care to residents, ensuring their health needs are met in accordance with care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individual care plans in collaboration with the care team
- Provide emotional support and build strong relationships with residents and their families
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with aged care standards and regulations
- Lead and mentor care staff to promote best practices in aged care
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment for residents and staff
Your Benefits:
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of $85,000 - $105,000 per annum, depending on your experience, plus above award rates and tax-free benefits for permanent employment.
