About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Specialist to join our dynamic team at Bank of Queensland. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced customer service professional to deliver exceptional service to our customers and build strong relationships.

As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you will be the first point of contact in the Branch, providing outstanding customer service by identifying and supporting customers to explore their current and future financial needs. You will be responsible for undertaking transaction activities, educating customers on using digital banking solutions, and conducting needs-based conversations to generate opportunities in personal banking and lending.
