Warehouse Outbound Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Outbound Supervisor to join our team at Beaumont Tiles. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods from our warehouse to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Picking, Despatch and Rapid Response teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
- Optimize resource allocation to minimize costs and maximize performance metrics.
- Monitor and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance service levels and customer satisfaction.
- Provide training and induction to new team members and contribute to the development of a high-performing team culture.
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to develop and implement operational strategies that align with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of our product range, including tiles, bathroom ware, stone, and trade products.
