- Understand food cost and production processes, with a focus on maximizing efficiency and minimizing waste.
- Possess trade cooking qualifications (Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery).
- Exhibit a strong leadership style and work ethic, with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
