Weekend Dental Assistant Opportunity

We are expanding our weekend services to provide exceptional patient care and seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our supportive team on a casual basis.

Our clinic offers a convenient and rewarding working environment with a focus on modern dental procedures and cutting-edge technology.

About the Role:

  • Chairside assisting for a wide range of general dental procedures including hygiene, restorative, crowns, root canal therapy, extractions and emergency care
  • Managing and maintaining the sterilisation room and adhering to strict infection control protocols
  • Supporting dentists by dental charting and assisting with clinical note documentation
  • Collaborating with a team to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive patient experience

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year dental assisting experience
  • Demonstrates knowledge of infection control and sterilisation procedures
  • Has confidence assisting with a variety of treatments
  • Is tech-savvy and comfortable using digital dental systems
  • Has excellent communication skills and a friendly, team-oriented approach
  • Is able to chart dental procedures and contribute to clinical note-taking
