About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Care Specialist to join our team at Ldk Seniors' Living. As a key member of our care workforce, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care and clinical management to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering Nursing Care: Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, including assessing their needs, developing care plans, and implementing interventions to promote their health and well-being.
  • Clinical Management: Oversee the delivery of clinical services, including medication administration, wound management, and palliative care.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of Personal Care Assistants and Enrolled Nurses to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
  • Advocacy: Promote the values of Ldk Seniors' Living, including Love, Decency, and Kindness, and advocate for the needs of our residents.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with a strong background in complex wound management, chronic disease management, and medication administration.
  • Skills: Ability to use technology relevant to the delivery of nursing services, including electronic health records and medication management systems.
