**About the role**:

Our Services team focuses on making supermarkets shine by managing trolleys, collection and cleaning services. This ensures customers enjoy consistently safe, seamless and welcoming shopping experiences.

As a leader, you'll deliver exceptional customer service with pride, passion and personality, ensuring stores are clean and trolleys available for customers. We look to inspire your team with a passion for providing fast, friendly & efficient customer experiences.

**Essential skills and qualifications**:

- Proven leadership experience with ability to coach and develop teams through leading by example
- Ability to safely complete tasks such as pushing/pulling floor cleaning equipment and machinery, and pushing trolleys from the car park into the store
- Maintain a focus on safety and compliance for team members and customers
- Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time and lift heavy items (up to max 16kg)
- Great communication, time management and task prioritisation skills
