We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Horticulturist to join our team at Green by Nature. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance staff and ensuring the successful execution of garden and open space maintenance at a high-profile Infrastructure client.

• Team Leadership: Assist with leading a team of maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Garden Maintenance: Follow schedules and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities, including planting, hedging, weeding, pruning, and fertilizing.
• Training and Development: Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the team to enhance their horticultural skills and safety practices.
• Quality Control: Regularly inspect garden areas to assess their condition, identify improvements needed, and implement corrective actions.
• Safety Protocols: Enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

• Certification: Desirable, Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens.
• Validations: Valid White Card and valid Drivers' license.
• Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with demonstrated ability to motivate and develop team members.
