Job Role: Food Counter Staff Member

Description:

We are seeking an organized and attentive individual to fill a position as a Food Counter Staff Member. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our patrons.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers and take orders in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess strong communication skills to effectively handle cash, operate a point of sale system, and maintain accuracy with transactions
  • Be able to multitask and work well under pressure during peak hours
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the food counter area
  • Assist with maintaining inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or in the food service industry is an asset
  • Able to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
