Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Blow Moulder Operator to join our Production team at our site. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, adjusting, and cleaning blow moulds and associated production equipment to meet Lactalis specifications, operational, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The operation of blow moulds and associated production equipment.
  • The adjustment and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintenance of records and reporting of excessive wastage.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Experience in a dairy food manufacturing environment.
  • A strong focus on quality and hygiene.
  • Excellent communication skills including good numeracy and literacy skills.
