Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in Darwin, NT. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals return to work by conducting assessments, identifying barriers, and coordinating with clients, insurers, and employers to reach suitable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of worksites, functionalities, ergonomics, equipment, and homes to identify potential hazards and barriers to return to work.
  • Work closely with clients, insurers, medical professionals, and employers to develop and implement effective return to work plans.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to support injured employees in reintegrating into the workforce.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy.
  • Full registration with AHPRA or ESSA.
  • Unrestricted Australian working rights.
  • Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle.
