Our ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in retail facilities management, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional environments for retailers and visitors.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Centre Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate contractors, manage maintenance, ensure compliance and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilities Operations: Assist with the day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring that all areas of the shopping precinct are maintained to a high standard.
  • Contractor Coordination: Coordinate and manage contractors as required to maintain the premises and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintenance Management: Oversee the maintenance of the shopping precinct, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning correctly.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all aspects of the business comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience in retail facilities management is essential.
  • Communication and Organisation Skills: Strong communication and organisational skills are necessary to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proactivity: A proactive approach to problem-solving is required to ensure the smooth operation of the shopping precinct.
