Location: South West of the UK
Salary: £36,400
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week

Overview:
First Military Recruitment is collaborating with a distinguished International Defence organization seeking to hire a Vehicle Mechanics Apprenticeship Coach on a 12-month contract due to expansion. This role allows for remote work from home while requiring travel to various sites.
The ideal candidate must achieve and uphold Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and assess learners in alignment with customer expectations.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed to the required standard and within established timelines.
- Offer guidance and advice for portfolio development to learners based on their program requirements.
- Accurately document, plan, and monitor individual learner progress in accordance with agreed paperwork and reporting protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in the vehicle mechanics sector.
- Strong understanding of work-based learning programs.
- Prior experience in the defence industry, preferably within the military context (desired but not essential).
- Relevant industry qualification in Vehicle Mechanics, minimum Level 3.
- Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (desirable).
- Award/Certificate in Education & Training (or equivalent).
- Maths and English GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent).
