The successful candidate will work alongside a dedicated team of professionals providing world-class maternity care and exceptional patient experience to women and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality midwifery care, adhering to evidence-based guidelines and prioritizing patient safety and satisfaction.
- Liaise with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Supervise, direct, and guide midwifery and nursing team members to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide education and support to mothers and their families, promoting healthy behaviors and empowering them to make informed decisions.
- Current registration as a midwife with the relevant governing body.
- Current working with children check.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering excellent patient care.
- Special care nursery experience is advantageous.
- Compliance with national standards for maternal and child health.
- Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
