We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Law Support Professional to join our vibrant team. This role is ideal for someone who loves to get things organised and has a happy-to-help attitude.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will provide general administrative support to lawyers and directors, handle and respond to client queries, book client meetings, greet clients, and maintain confidentiality. They will also be responsible for opening new matters, conducting conflict checks, managing electronic filing, liaising with courts as necessary, drafting and amending legal correspondence and documents, assisting with an overflow of tasks, completing end-of-month billing, and assisting lawyers with debt collection.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need 1+ years of experience as a legal assistant or legal secretary, specialising in commercial law. You must have amazing attention to detail and prioritisation skills, as well as a passion for the law and providing outstanding support.
